FONT LICENSE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Font License Terms & Conditions govern the use of fonts purchased or obtained from Enmark Brands and its associated font brands. By downloading, installing, or using the font software, you agree to comply with the following terms.

Ownership

All fonts, font files, designs, glyphs, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Enmark Brands.

Purchasing a font does not transfer ownership or copyright to the customer. The purchase grants only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the font according to the license type purchased.

Permitted Use

The font may be used for legitimate personal, commercial, branding, advertising, publishing, social media, print, digital, and design projects, subject to the limitations of the license purchased.

The font may be used only by the number of users, devices, or members permitted under the selected license.

Where a license permits 1–5 users, only those authorized users within the purchasing individual, company, agency, or organization may install and use the font.

License Transfer & Font Sharing

The font license and font files must not be:

Sold or resold
Transferred or assigned to another person or organization
Shared with unauthorized users
Distributed through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, cloud storage, file-sharing platforms, websites, or any other medium
Included inside downloadable project files, templates, source files, or design packages

When sharing editable or packaged design files with clients, printers, agencies, or other parties, all text created using the licensed premium font must be converted into outlines, curves, paths, shapes, or vector objects before the file is shared.

The original font file must never be included with the project.

Freelancers & External Designers

A company or organization that owns a font license must not share the font file with freelancers, external designers, contractors, agencies, or third parties unless the purchased license specifically permits such use.

Freelancers and external designers must obtain their own valid license where required.

Modification & Reverse Engineering

You must not:

Modify or alter the original font files
Rename or redistribute modified versions of the font
Create another font based wholly or partly on the licensed font
Extract glyphs for the purpose of creating another font
Decompile, reverse-engineer, convert, reconstruct, or otherwise attempt to access or modify the internal structure of the font software

However, customizing, reshaping, combining, or modifying letterforms after converting them into outlines or vector objects as part of a genuine design project is permitted.

Web, App & Digital Embedding

Unless specifically covered by a separate license, the font file must not be uploaded, embedded, or distributed through:

Websites
Web servers
Web applications
Mobile applications
Software
Digital products
E-books
Online design platforms
SaaS platforms
Templates that allow end users to access or reproduce the font

Desktop font purchases do not automatically include webfont, application, server, or digital embedding rights.

A separate license may be required for such usage.

Canva, Cloud & Shared Accounts

Uploading or installing the font into Canva, Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud libraries, online design tools, shared workspaces, team accounts, or similar platforms is permitted only when access is restricted to users covered by your purchased license.

Uploading the font to an account, workspace, organization, or platform that allows unauthorized or unlicensed users to access or use the font is strictly prohibited.

Typography & Font Redistribution

You may create typography, lettering, logos, headlines, posters, advertisements, social media creatives, and other finished designs using the font.

However, the font must not be used to create and distribute materials whose primary purpose is to reproduce, expose, substitute, or redistribute the font itself.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Complete alphabet or glyph sheets intended for reuse
Editable character collections
Font extraction resources
Templates that allow users to recreate or access the font
Standalone font reproductions
Products or files designed primarily to substitute for purchasing the original font

Normal display of typography as part of a completed design, advertisement, poster, branding project, publication, or social media creative is permitted.

User & Device Limits

The font may be installed and used only within the user, device, company, or organizational limits specified in the purchased license.

You must not exceed the permitted number of users or devices.

If additional users, employees, systems, branches, or team members require access to the font, the license must be upgraded accordingly.

Client Work

Designers and agencies may use the font to create completed design work for clients where permitted by their license.

The client does not automatically receive a license to install or use the font.

If the client requires access to the original font file or needs to edit text using the font, the client must obtain an appropriate separate license.

Prohibited Redistribution

Under no circumstances may the original font files be made publicly available, offered as a free download, uploaded to font-sharing websites, included in software or design-resource collections, or distributed with commercial or free products without written authorization from Enmark Brands.

License Upgrade

If your usage exceeds the limits of your existing license, including the number of users, devices, organizations, or permitted usage types, you must purchase or upgrade to the appropriate license before continuing such use.

License Violation & Termination

Any unauthorized sharing, copying, redistribution, modification, installation, embedding, or use of the font outside the scope of the purchased license constitutes a violation of these terms.

In the event of a violation, Enmark Brands reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate the license and pursue appropriate remedies available under applicable law.

Termination of a license does not transfer ownership of the font or remove Enmark Brands’ intellectual property rights.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using an Enmark Brands font, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Font License Terms & Conditions.
